Dr. M. V. Nageswara Rao serves as the Registrar of GMRIT Deemed to be University, providing leadership in the University's administrative and institutional affairs. He facilitates the effective implementation of University policies, regulations, and established administrative procedures while ensuring coordination among the University's academic and administrative units.

In this role, he supports the smooth functioning of the University by coordinating key administrative services and strengthening institutional systems and processes. His responsibilities include coordination related to admissions and administration, human resources, estates and facilities, and IT support, contributing to an efficient, transparent, and responsive University environment.
